Presidents have the power to send our armed forces into situations in other countries that have an equivalent to war. It happened when Mckinley sent troops into peking (boxer rebellion),..kennedy, johnson, and nixon waged an undeclared war in southeast asia too, where over 50,ooo troops were killed, and a few hundred thousand wounded. Congress than passed the war powers resolution, in an attempt to gain more control over situations like this. But, that gets tricky, and this isnt history class right :)

It is ridiculous claiming that video games influence children. For instance, if Pac-man affected kids born in the eighties, we should by now have a bunch of teenagers who run around in darkened rooms and eat pills while listening to monotonous electronic music. |
